This below came while discussing a better (softer) way of giving review/rating rather than the objective 5 stars and a review omnipresent everywhere.

Meeting with Manu:

1. Onboarding needs to be more natural. It is too good to be true that the farmer will install the app and start using. There should be some level of hand-holding present here. Requires a human touch.
2. Review & Rating need to be softer.
